Today a beautiful opposition between an eclipsed underworld Moon and a retrograde psychopomp Mercury occurs.
Mercury is situated in a conjunction amongst the Hyades star cluster, the half-sisters of the Pleiades, associated with rainfall as they mournfully cried over the death of their brother Hyas, a minor Greek God associated with seasonal rain. This star cluster, located in the face of the Bull, have been associated with rain around the world, including in China, Greece, and Rome.
